Welcome to Forest Hills, adjacent to Springfield but out of the city limits.

This is a quiet community with nice homes and a quiet atmosphere.

The home has oak floors, and a stone fireplace with granite countertops. Central Air, gas heat, and remote garage door opener. All locks are keyed the same throughout the home. The house is very well insulated, and has a touch of class. All appliances are included and are new or recently new.

The back yard is large and fenced in, I included a riding lawnmower and a battery operated weed wacker for maintenance.

The house is located in Shawnee School District.

I have my own application process. After you message me I will answer your questions and if you like I will give you my number to schedule a showing.

The lease is one year, and I require the first months rent along with a security deposit of $1850. The tenant must pay $3700 to move in. I have many offers, and I am fairly judging perspective tenants on all merits.

Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
