Located on a quiet cul-de-sac street with exceptional privacy, Villa del Sol offers a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, three bedrooms, two baths, and a private walled back yard with an outdoor kitchen. The home has a two-car garage but also is close to excellent public transportation, including free bus service within Tempe.

Villa del Sol provides 1900 square feet inside the home, with an additional 900 square feet of covered patio space. Relax in comfort in the living room with a reclining leather sofa and two reclining leather chairs, a separate dining room seating up to 8, eating space in the kitchen, a master bedroom suite, plenty of storage, and a spacious garage. It is ideally suited for Arizona outdoor living and entertaining, with the added benefit of easy access to a large pool and ramada.

Villa de Sol is fully and comfortably furnished, including ample dishware, cookware, and silverware in the kitchen and all necessary linens for the bedrooms and baths.

Despite its central location near Rural Road, Villa del Sol is peaceful and quiet. Whether sitting on the patio or at the pool, you are more likely to hear birds singing than traffic noise. The back and side yards of Villa del Sol are enclosed by a privacy wall with securely locked gates, enabling you to enjoy the patio and outdoor kitchen in exceptional privacy. The yard is attractively landscaped with desert plants, using xeriscape principles.

The home is within walking distance of the Tempe Public Library, Tempe History Museum, Vihel Center for the Arts, and Pyle Adult Recreation Center. The library has excellent facilities, including a cafe. Shopping, including a Fry's supermarket, CVS drugstore, and Walmart, also is a short walk away.

Villa del Sol is centrally located, only two blocks north of the Superstition Freeway (route 60). From the Freeway, it is only a few minutes to Interstate 10, the Price Freeway (route 101), and the Red Mountain Freeway (route 202) and, from there, any of Phoenix's highways.

Villa del Sol is strictly a non-smoking, pet-free property.

    " Well, it used to be perfect. l've lived in this neighborhood 42 years. I never had any fears going for a night time walk. Ever since all these apartments got built, crime going on all the time. From theft, home invasions, to a poor 71 woman attacked during the day time. We need more police presence. Half of the car breaking aren't even reported. It used to feel like a lovely small home town. Please get the coyotes relocated. Bobcats too! I want my warm, safe, neighborhood back. "
