Lease Terms: The first month's rent, security deposit, cleaning fee, and pet deposit (if applicable) must be paid in full prior to occupancy. Utilities will be paid by the Owner and include Wi-Fi, heating, cooling, water, gas, and electricity. Parking is available in the detached garage and driveway at no additional cost. The minimum lease duration shall be thirty (30) days. All payments are to be made through Baselane, and payment instructions will be provided to the Tenant separately. In the event that the Tenant is unable to use Baselane due to technical reasons, payments may alternatively be made via Zelle or direct deposit as approved by the Owner.
