"SGFSD is a low level School District. We continuously educate at home in conjunction with school. Infest in an Empire Pass for unlimited access to the state parks. Moreau Lake State Park is Amazing. "

"Schools in the area are rated in the upper scale compared to most other areas near by. Only down side is the taxes seem to be higher than other areas of the US. "

"The schools here are great. The South High Marathon Dance is an amazing community event held annually to help those in need, and teaches the student important lessons on selflessness and compassion. The community is small, and there are multiple opportunities for sports involvement at the Moreau Rec Center. "

"This is a great neighborhood and adjacent to the Betar Byway which is a 4 season walking path along the Hudson River. The BEST of outdoor and indoor living year round. A quick walk or drive across the bridge puts you in the quaint and charming village of Glens Falls (without the Glens Falls taxes!) Truly a great neighborhood, very quiet and very little traffic on 2nd Street. "
