Lo que dicen los locales sobre Whitfield

En inglés
  • Mischka C.
    Whitfield, Sarasota
"Supposedly it’s an H.O.A. but it feels more like a regular neighborhood. There’s a few perks to living this close to the downtown area. It’s always nice to go over there and see the beautiful sights Sarasota has to offer. It’s a very troubling matter for some people living here, that airplanes will fly directly overhead frequently. Due to the neighboring airport (Sarasota/Bradenton) airport. Other than that it is fairly quiet and well spaced out. Those are the main good qualities. "

"Great place for kids but the public schools that serve this area are sub-par so all the kids go to private schools."

"Not cookie cutter, lots of mature trees, I’d century homes and even some 1920s Spanish style homes. The people are friendly, evenings are peaceful, and you are still close to everything."

"This is a great neighborhood! We have friendly neighbors, many mid-century era homes, and are close to shopping and downtown. I like that the homes are not cookie-cutter and our lot sizes are bigger than new-build communities. We plan to stay in our home for a very long time."

"This location is only four miles from downtown Sarasota. There are no bridges to contend with making travel time easy with less congestion. I have lived in Sarasota for over 30 years and find this location superb!! "

"The neighborhood just North of the Ringling Museum has diverse and charming houses and easy access to everything, at better prices than West of Trail housing located just South of Sarasota. Come take a look at the area's nice, walkable streets with free access to the bayfront in many locations - you'll discover this is a bargain for Sarasota living. "
