"It’s a working class neighborhood with good people. Although the houses aren’t classified as desirable compared to others, the home owners are very friendly and do their best to maintain their yards. Their homes. It’s very common to see them walk their dogs & greet one another. "

"Fairly quiet most of the time but several houses have wild parties a few times a year. Morning traffic is an issue with MANY school busses using cross street to wait, and crosswalks on most exits from the neighborhood. "
