"Folks walk their dogs throughout the neighborhood. Since there are few sidewalks, we walk in the street. No worries. Very little traffic to contend with, so it's great!"

"I've lived here for a bit over 2 years. people are very friendly. yards are clean and well kept. only downside is the traffic noise on 5th ave. very loud vehicles like to rev their engines and speed at all hours of the day and night."

"We have lived in Azalea since these homes were built. Family oriented community with wonderful parks and trails to enjoy by walking, running and biking. So very centrally located to shopping, movies and a short drive to several beaches and public boat ramps. The Azalea Community Assn. Is a wonderful organization that offers so many events and keeps our residents updated on issues involving our community. A great place to start your family!"

"We’ve lived her for six years and enjoy our neighbors, walks around the block with our dog, and just gabbing nonchalantly throughout the neighborhood. Very friendly, cozy, fun place where people also let you be yourself."

"The neighborhood is ideal for middle class families. The schools are excellent and a park is nearby-- only a short walk. This house is only about 5 minutes from the Treasure Island beach with free public parking via causeway with no toll. a shopping mall, restaurants, and other businesses are within a 10 minute drive."

"We're close to shopping, close to the Pinellas trail, close to the beach, close to all the chain and unchained restaurants, close to gyms, two massive parks a mile apart, soccer, tennis, outdoor gym, a rec center...actually two rec centers, the amazing Azalea Elementary school, low crime, a community garden program, and best of all a great place to raise a family or retire without having to drive everywhere in the county."
