"I see most of the homes decorated for the holidays and children riding bikes. Very quiet, clean, maintained yards and trimmed trees. I feel safe and happy here. "

"Commute is sometimes crowded and traffic is slow. People are rude sometimes and hog the fast lane. It takes too long to drive to downtown and I avoid going across town. "

"Dog lovers will love this neighborhood. The larger lots have extra space for the dogs. Easy to walk dogs. If a dog happens to get out of s bs k yard. The neighbors make time to look fir the dogs owners. I believe most of the dogs in our neighborhood wear tags identifying the owner. "
