"Brentwood Darlington is a transitional neighborhood. Much better off living in adjacent neighborhoods like Woodstock. "

"Brentwood Darlington has quite a few sketchy people who are residents, hang out or just pass through. The adjacent neighborhood of Woodstock is far superior. "

"There are 2 dog parks in the neighborhood. One is fenced, but in poor condition. The other is not fenced and also in poor condition. The city of Portland does not do a good job in taking care of their parks. It’s actually rather embarrassing. "

"I have lived in the Woodstock area for almost 10 years. It started out as a quiet 'older' neighborhood but within a few years had many 'young' families or couples starting out move in. This is the neighborhood where everyone watches out for each other and families share meals with each other. Most of the residents on the street take pride in their home and neighborhood (Keeping a clean yard, mowed lawn, picking up leaves, etc). It's very common to have neighbors standing outside talking to each other, greeting people passing through the neighborhood. It really is a nice area for both young and older people."
