    "This area is a wonderful place to live and work! You can walk to the MAX train, so get into downtown easily! It is close to Providence and walking distance to all the shops, cafes, restaurants of Hollywood District- yet it is on a dead end road in Euclid heights! Great place to raise kids with Laurelhurst Grade School and Grant High! All the houses around it are well cared for!"

Many happy long-term residents and young families- dog walking is common and neighbors are friendly. Custom homes in nice neighborhood off the beaten path but very safe and walk friendly. "
