    "The location is great very close to grocery stores and shopping strips. Both 35 and Toll way 130 are less than 2 miles away. The neighborhood has a private walking path in the end of it. However the houses are very sensitive to noise outside where you can hear your neighbors conversation. Some of smoke illegal drugs and HOA doesn't do anything about it. There is hardly ever parking in the street because we are not allowed to park in our own back alley. I'm glad I moved out."
