    "I love my little single family home in this neighborhood. There was a slight issue with unwanted crowds hanging outside at one point. However the local police have done a great job of ending that problem. The majority of the community here are blue collar honest families just making a living.Many new modeled homes are even starting to sprout up. 8/10"

    "It's affordable for low income families. The crime rate is medium to high depending on the street you are on. I dislike how cluttered the streets can get and how dangerous the walking areas are for walking pets with all the broken glass and trash. Everytime I clean up my yard, random people throw trash in my front and back yards. I am looking forward to moving to a clean neighborhood."
