"Best of both city living and suburbs. Beautiful parks, multiple golf courses, beautiful lake, the best food in the world delivered or restaurant experience. No traffic, beautiful international airport. Vegas quality shows. Professional football and basketball, incredible universities. Up and coming bio innovations, biggest most important port of our country. Cruise from here too. It’s an incredible place many people are underrating because all they think about it the hangover they got on bourbon 20yrs ago. "

"There are some untrained and agressive dogs. Most are alright but listen for dogs barking uncontrollably before you sign a lease or make an offer on a home. "
