"It's a beautiful neighborhood that feels just right. Neighbors are respectful of one another and there is a huge sense of community here. I've lived here for over 10 years now, and am fortunate to have had the chance to live here. This neighborhood is very special."
  • Usuario de Trulia
"Over priced homes, too close to a university, attracts rude and entitled students. Terrible for property value, unreliable renting."
  • Usuario de Trulia
"I have lived in this neighborhood for over ten yrs now and all of the dogs I see are well loved, cared for, and are properly behaved. I've never seen a problem once. "

"College kids can be rowdy, but we're nice! I see a lot of little kids running around on campus and they are always welcome!"

"The neighborhood is very expensive to live it. Cost of living is high and very little provision for low income families. There’s also frequent crime in the area with poor traffic system and poor traffic markings or directions."
  • Matthew F.
"Rare times you hear someone speed through the neighborhood. Keep an eye on the kids. Otherwise it’s a great place for families. "
  • Makapu5
"Beautiful neighborhood close to UM, Rockin Rudies, Food for Thought, Bonner Park and many other great places. Beautiful old homes. Very friendly neighborhood."
  • "The area epitomizes beauty, friendliness, access to the trails, the river, and mountains. The University provides a great backdrop and is essentially a gigantic park, but it also means some extra pedestrian and vehicle traffic on school days. Unparalleled access to Mount Sentinel and the Clark Fork. Exceptional, mature trees and wide boulevards. There are some rentals in the area (expected near the U) but most homes are sufficiently valuable that rental costs are high enough to keep the renters respectful of the property and therefore neighborhood. An amazing area."
