"It is a dog friendly neighborhood. I see people being friendly to people’s pets all the time. I have no idea why this is required to some townhomes."

"Incredibly friendly, safe neighborhood that sits conveniently between two city lakes (Harriet and Nokomis), blocks from Minnehaha Parkway, amazing highway access and walkable distance to two of the city's best bakeries (Patisserie 46 and Sun Street Breads) and several award-winning restaurants (Corner Table, Kings Wine Bar, Piccolo). "After having lived here for almost 3 years, we are still pinching ourselves that it is real. We were fortunate to find an amazing block with great neighbors. We love the location with its close proximity to Lake Harriet, 35W and great food and shops. We couldn't be happier."

"Have been a Kingfield resident for the last year and half and love the neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and take good care of their homes, there are a lot of fun places to go within walking distance, it is an easy commute to downtown on 35 (or just taking 1st Ave and avoiding traffic!) and I love the character of my 1912 house."
