    "Lots of sidewalks but the streets are busy, there are some cute neighborhoods where kids could play outside away from busier streets. Plenty of grocery options and dinner options close by. Several parks near by and good access to local hiking with a 45 min drive "

If it’s anywhere near the time of traditional job start times and end times then you’re going to have to plan on sitting in a parking lot on the freeway or any road that is taken by most commuters. I have to drive across the 520 bridge and not only does it drain my pockets having to pay for it going there AND back but it’s not even better than the 90 as far as traffic. Actually I think it’s worse. "

    "How easily accessible everything is and how friendly the community as a whole is. The walkability of Totem Lake is overall decent, fairly safe (I’ve never felt unsafe & I run with my dogs often)."
