"I commute to Seattle so it’s terrible but commuting south is not as bad. It takes about an hour for me to get to Seattle but only 25-30 minutes to get to federal way when I get to work over there. "

"My work is 11 miles from where I live, if you leave after 6:30 am it’s a 25 min commute. Same with coming home. After 3, 20 to 30 min commute on side streets. If you get behind a school bus might as well park your car and start walking, it will be quicker."

"This is a great neighborhood, with walking distance elementary schools and high school. Very clean, very friendly, very quiet neighborhood. Of course, there is always one or two houses rented to section eight bad apples that do not belong in a place like this, but other than that, it is still a great place to live."
