"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 3 years and while it used to be great, there are a lot of families moving into the Osgood townhomes now that are making the area feel unsafe and a lot more noisy than it was when we moved here in 2023."

"Parks and lost of families outside playing in their yards. It’s a good spot for young families to grow. The yards are a little small, but the amenities are great!"

"here for college. nice town, lots of night life. drivers are awful. homes are overpriced, because it's mostly a college town. stay away from living Downtown, expensive and as a reward you get to deal with drunks all the time."
