    "This is really a great family friendly new neighborhood with lots of families, mainly young professionals. Large energy-efficient houses with yards, free public transportation and access to nature. Blueberry farms are within walking distance. The river is right next door for canoeing or tubing, and a bike trail leads along it to downtown. Highly recommended!"
