"Chippewa is a deeply conservative community that has a lot to offer if you are family oriented and self-sufficient. If you like the country life with the benefits of a small city, this is for you. If you want boutique shopping and wide sidewalks, downtown Beaver is 5 minutes away. The public school is very family oriented. If you don't like gun and hunting clubs, Walmart, general aviation, Christmas decorations, a lack of undocumented residents, or feel offended that the the schools allow the churches to hand out vacation bible school flyers before summer vacation begins, please don't move here. "Ponderosa Estates features sizeable, well constructed, highly maintained home sites that provides its residents a location that is less than 3 minutes from major shopping/restaurants/banking/schools, however, is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac. Chippewa Township takes impeccable care of their roads while Blackhawk School District is consistently listed as one of the top two school districts in Beaver County."
