"Our block of Magnolia Ave is 1 way north coming off Clybourn corridor and ends the next block at Belden. Very low traffic abd we have lots of unrestricted parking since everyone has garages and there are no highrises. It is a safe bike ride straight to the lake with Belden going 1 way there and Dickens 1 way back. The Kennedy X way is 1/4 mile right across the river. The BEST part of this block of Magnolia though, are the neighbors. "
