    "this area is close to freeways so access is good but public transportation is almost non-existent. Uber Lyft cabs they can all be had the light rail system does not come near here and buses run about every 30 to 40 minutes. commuting by car is not bad because of the roads are wide but any kind of public transportation even walking anywhere is difficult because everything is spread out."

    "commuting from this area is okay at best. it is close to freeway access but the freeways get congested during rush hour traffic. there is little or no public transportation a few buses run by but they take an extremely long time to get you anywhere. the light rail system does not run near here. taxis Uber Lyft they all come to the area but that can get expensive if you use it regularly. there are decent places to eat around here but to get a really good meal you have to travel. the homes are nice the school district is one of the best in the area. I wouldn't say that it's upscale it's certainly not downscale."
