"I lived in the neighborhood till I was 12 years old. We moved in 1975, I know a lot of things have changed since then. It was a nice place to live and I have good memories of the neighborhood."

"Dog owners would like the many long streets to take their dogs for walks on. And dislike the mostly small plots of land"

"neighborhood has a good mix of working and middle class families in different age ranges, millennials to greatest generation. its relatively clean, and rarely has drama. However, people do drive through on the longer streets way to fast, and it's all on a massive hill."

"not sure they'd love it, we have small yards, and hills all over...but I guess if you walk your dog for your own exercise it could be nice"

"I cannot think of anything they wouldn’t like when it comes to dog owners walking their dogs. They WOULD like the safety though! My daughter and I have gone to the Wells Fargo ATM in the middle of the night, no one bothered us."
