    "Living in Crystal Gardens has been very peaceful. The waterfowl on the stormwater ponds are waterfowl to watch as well as all the beautiful hummingbirds that are here nearly year round. There have been lots of new restaurants come into the area within the past few years. With the I-10 and the 101 so close it makes commuting very easy. We love that this little piece of the desert has water in our backyard. The reflections of the sunrises and sunsets on the water are to die for."

    "It’s a great neighborhood lake view is amazing and quiet love here but it’s too quiet sometimes you have to drive everywhere for shopping Avondale has not much option for shops so you will go other cities nearby overlook great place to live you will see people fishing walking dogs barking when you walkaround."

    "Crystal Gardens is close to shopping and easy access to I10 & I17, yet most homes are on lightly traveled streets. There are lakeview lots and quiet neighbors. The homes are nicely kept up."
