    "There are skunks, & stray dogs running around. You have to keep your pets indoors once the sun goes down to avoid them having a encounter with a skunk or raccoon. There are also a lot of intact dogs running around making it hard to walk your dog knowing other dogs could attack them at any time. "

    "This area is close to everything but has the Rural flavor and quite setting. The annual Balloon festival is famous worldwide and is only a very short distance away. The Balloon field is used for concerts and many special events throughout the year. Balloons fly every few days in the area. Wild birds are abundant. Geese & ducks flock to the irrigated valley by the hundreds. Freeway is close by as is the Sandia Casino and Isleta lakes. Horseback riding, & hiking trails are everywhere. Fishing is good in the stocked canals. "
