    "I live in this neighborhood and love the location. We are less than 5 minutes away from Nob Hill, Uptown, UNM, Trader Joes, Target, and Whole Foods. This is an up and coming neighborhood with many young professionals moving in due to the great location. Many of the homes in the area are coveted Mossman homes that have been updated and remodeled to show off their original aesthetic beauty. The Bel-Air neighborhood association is optional to join and provides some great services, like trash pickup, to keep the neighborhood clean. There are great charter schools close by in addition to schools in the district."
