LEASE TERMS
$1,400 per month, minimum 12 month lease
Must provide proof of monthly income in the form of two pay stubs (3X rent amount), 610 Credit score required
$50 application fee applies for credit/background check for each person 18 and over
First full lease payment due at lease signing, Security deposit due before move in
Tenant responsible for gas and electric
Tenant responsible for cutting the grass
$75 monthly flat rate fee per month per person for water/sewer/trash
