A lovely one bedroom upstairs apartment located 8 city blocks from the beach in Long Beach. This apartment has it all - completely remodeled kitchen with new Stove, Refrigerator, and Microwave. Beautiful new kitchen cabinets are topped with stunning shiny white and silver flake quartz counters.

There are two balconies, one off the living room and one off the kitchen. There is a nice ocean breeze through this apartment when both doors are open. This unit is very bright and features lots of windows! The bathroom is off the bedroom and there are two closets for ample storage.

This is a convenient & walk-able neighborhood near trendy Retro Row (4th Street) with many eateries, coffee shoppes, juice bar, etc. and is close to main arteries to the beach, downtown Pine Avenue, Belmont shore and freeways. There is one on-site parking spot for this unit located right in front.

This unit is located in the back building of a 7 unit two building complex with terrific residents. As this unit is not a street facing unit is is very nice and quiet.

Cat's allowed with additional deposit, Sorry No dogs.
