All Pro X Property Management residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $40.00/month which includes renters insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! Renter's insurance is a requirement to rent from Pro X.

Need help turning on utilities? We have you covered! Pro X uses Citizen Home Solutions, a concierge utility connection service to assist you in setting up the required utilities for your new home. If you application is approved Pro X will be submitting your contact information to CHS. We strongly recommend that you deal directly with Citizen for these connections, as they are familiar with our requirements for satellite dish and cable line placement, and not following these guidelines could result in additional charges on move-out. This is a free service to you.

Deposit Installment Program: Pro X is now offering a Deposit Installment Program for eligible residents. The program allows residents to finance the total deposit over a 12-month lease. We know moving can be expensive. We want to help eliminate some of the burden. There is a $20 monthly administration fee for this program. Deposit charge is payable with the monthly rent amount and is subject to late fees.

    "This part of town is awesome to live in (area between 4th St. & 11th St., and Rouse & Water St.). There is almost no traffic beyond the people that live in this section of town because there are no through roads; its kind of cornered off thanks to the flood plain. Water St. ends at 11th St., and 5th St.-11th St. end at Water St.. Basically, if you don't live in this little corner, you probably have never driven through it. For this reason, the area is excellent for walking/running with or without pets. It's quiet as well thanks to the low traffic. It's close to the high school, so if you have kids then they can walk. There are several convenience stores within walking distance as well as a very clean liquor store (Horton's Liquor has great prices and the owner is very friendly), as well as a pet shop that carries anything you could need for all types of pets, and it's also great to be near Horton's Pizza (the best deluxe pizza in town). The area is also very clean and well kept. 7th St. is especially well groomed. There is clearly a lot of pride of ownership in this area of town. I think this area is great for families. I've lived here for over five years and there are a lot of kids in the neighborhood. I would feel very comfortable letting my child play outside with the neighborhood kids. This is honestly one of the nicer parts of town. There are a few duds in the area, but overall it is very clean, quiet, and safe. Buy here, you won't regret it!"
