Pet friendly with owner's discretion and a monthly pet fee. Tenant is responsible for all appliances, including any that are existing. Tenant pays all utilities including a $125 utility reimbursement fee. All applicants must complete an online application and background check (cost is $35 and non refundable), including providing two months of proof of income.

      "I've lived in this neighborhood for 30 years. People are friendly, this area has a safe, old fashioned feel with a lot of large houses and big trees. The police department is at the end of the street and they are friendly. Its easy to get downtown and onto Broad st to travel out of town "

      "We are relatively safe and we are located literally smack next to the courthouse for the area and the fire station. Police are always patrolling the area. The only thing I don’t particularly like is how the street lamps go in and out at times. But in the years I’ve been here usually very safe, very quiet. Neighbors get along ok. Very few negatives here. "

      "This area is filled with children of all ages and people of all sorts. There are many different stores and markets in the area as well. The parks and other aren't the best maintained but like it isn't the worst. The dog owners are well attentive of their pets so that shouldn't be an issue. "
