      "We are within walking distance to the downtown. 501 at rush hour is a little crazy. We are 15 minutes to most shopping and entertainment, and have five grocery stores within four miles."

      "Travelling within Lititz is fine, but you have to be mindful of the time of day if you have to take 501 south. It can take anywhere from 10-25 minutes to travel from Lititz to route 30/283."
