    "I wouldn't call Riverside a "family" based side of town. It certainly can sire a family, but I wouldn't recommend the public schools here for kids. It's getting very crowded in Riverside, and I've lived here for over 20 years. However, if you're a young couple starting out, or in college with roomies, then it's very inviting, the night life is nice, plenty of hot spots, restaurants, shopping, live music etc. This side of town is for rich folk who's kids have moved out, or for young adults."

    "Sidewalks almost everywhere. People are generally responsible about their dogs. Very few strays or loose dogs. People are concerned if they do appear. Lots of parks and green space. "

I love the architecture and history of the area, the neighbors, the walkability, having grocery, dining, boutiques within walking distance. I love the parks, the River, and being able to walk my dogs and interact with neighbors. It’s a great place to live! "
