The kitchen has a range, refrigerator, and dishwasher with a butcher block and extra counter space. A hall closet is great for extra storage, even with top storage cases above. A beautiful stained-glass window adorns the walkway that leads you to the bedroom. The bedroom has a wall of windows overlooking the building's large shared patio. The bathroom has a nice tub with a shower and vanity with storage. Window A/C. Radiator heat. The building has a community washer and dryer located in the rear of the building off the shared patio. Close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to Eastern Market! 327 C Street Southeast has a Walk Score of 98 out of 100.
