"What I am noticing despite the city of Rancho many landscaping programs offered.. home owners are allowing dead grass and weeds to take over the yard, while parking vehicles on it. Recipe for fire! The fact that the city of rancho has many programs to solve the issue.. these things are available to beautify the area and bring back pride of ownership!"

"the closer you can get to the river and Hagan Park, the better. Every home is literally no more than 10 minutes and $5 to park and be at the river. You can enter Hagan Park from Ambassador Dr. in the back which is great during the fourth of July and for going to the park in general."
