What Locals Say about Mills Ranch

  • Trulia User
"Friendly neighbors always carry treats. Everyone knows each other’s dogs by name. Everyone is respectful "
  • Christoochi
"the closer you can get to the river and Hagan Park, the better. Every home is literally no more than 10 minutes and $5 to park and be at the river. You can enter Hagan Park from Ambassador Dr. in the back which is great during the fourth of July and for going to the park in general."
  • Trulia User
"it's safe enough to walk around. stay on the river side of Colima Road. Avoid liquor stores at night. If you're a single woman and need to buy groceries late at night, perhaps shop in Gold River. "
  • Ntawlks413
"The 4th of July Parade is so much fun and just down the street. The carnival that day is also great. "
  • Lewtop
"You can drive from one end of town to the other in less than 15 minutes. Easy access to shopping and the highway."
  • Jeffrey S
"I love the quiet river walks, friendly neighbors, well kept lawns, beautiful homes. Hidden off busy Coloma Road "
  • Kshippen84
"There are 2 dog parks within 5 miles of the neighborhood, and the river is very close as well. "
  • "We've been looking for a couple of years for the right house on this side of the street. My brother lives a block away, same side of the street. The back yard backs up to the American River Parkway. I get to look at the Dear, Turkey and occasional Coyote, from the backyard every day, and take a four minute walk to the American River when ever I want. Know that you can get a rattle snake in your yard though... The Bike Trail (Folsom to Down town and beyond, community/ rec. center across the street, and River, GREAT NEIGHBORS, close to hwy 50"
