Animal friendly, up to 2 animals maximum. Pet deposit and monthly pet rent per pet.

Resident is responsible for renter's insurance & all utilities including:
-$65 per month for 150 MBPS high-speed internet
-$25 a month for 1 parking spot ($30 for additional parking based on availability)
-$25 a month for Common Area Maintenance
-$70 a month for Water, Sewer, Trash & Hot Water
-$11 per month utility billing fee
-$15 Property Tax
-Electricity & Gas (billed based on usage)

Move-in costs consists of:
$350 non-refundable cleaning fee
$250 non-refundable lease initiation fee
$199 refundable deposit this amount may vary based on application screening results
