"I’ve lived in the area for 17 years now, we built our home. The area has definitely grown substantially since first moving here. Public areas are well maintained. There’s no neighborhood drama and we have never felt unsafe leaving the door open/unlocked while home. We have no knowledge of anyone in the area having break-ins, stolen packages or stolen personal property. Generally the houses and yards are well maintained in the area making it have a very nice appeal. "
