The owner provides a washer and dryer in-unit. Water, sewer, snow removal, and landscaping are also included. Residents pay for electricity, gas, and hot water through high-efficiency water heaters. Residents are provided one parking space and may purchase one additional parking space for $35 per month or a detached enclosed garage for $125 per month (based on availability). There is a two-vehicle maximum per unit. Key fob building access, keyless unit door handles, and security cameras are located throughout common areas. $50 application fee; pet rent (max two pets) $45+ per month.
