INDEPENDENT LIVING FOR SENIORS 62 OR OLDER! Washington Pointe Apartment Homes was designed and built with the active senior in mind and ALL persons living in the household MUST be age 62 or better. Whether you are moving from a full-size home or another apartment, you are sure to enjoy the many amenities and exciting possibilities that await you and offered only by Washington Pointe. Choose from our spacious one- or two-bedroom floor plans offered at Washington Pointe. Households must income qualify under published HUD income limits and may not be eligible for the lowest rents available.

Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households. Residency at Washington Pointe requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.

Each apartment home features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and pantry, linen closet, walk-in closet, intercom entry, designer color schemes and much more!
