"it seems like aong ways but its really not to far.the traffic is thick everyqhere now days.l it is about 20 miles an takes me about 30 minutes.i have lived here 20 years an its not a bad place to live.its pretty quiet here.there is every kind of store around close as well as the mountains an the beach."

"I do not commute to work, but pleasure driving is fine. Close to 15, 10 and 60 FReeways. The streets are 6-8 lane with speed up to 60 mph. The traffic flow is great. The mall does draw many cars, but the design of the mall makes traffic flow very smooth."
