No Pets/No Smoking. Water/Sewer/Garbage included. Tenant(s) are responsible for electric. One free parking spot per apartment, each additional is $40 per month - first come, first serve basis.

Move-in date is based on condition of unit upon vacancy and repairs required. Once unit is deemed ready, tenants must start paying rent within 7 days.
