The Pavilions at Silver Sage Apartment Homes is one of Fort Collins' best apartment communities based on our quality interiors and best-in-class service. Each of our one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes come equipped with fully-appointed kitchens, private patios or balconies, and large closets.Applicant has the right to provide Pavilions at Silver Sage Apartment with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30-days old, as defined in 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Pavilions at Silver Sage Apartment with a PTSR, Pavilions at Silver Sage Apartment is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Pavilions at Silver Sage Apartment to access or use the PTSR.There may be additional monthly fees associated with various amenities and services offered, which we've gladly outlined below: Pet Rent: $35 Pet Deposit: $300 Master Policy Insurance: $10

    "Being in old town almost every major Fort Collins event is within about a ten minute walk. Tour de fat, taste of Fort Collins and bohieman nights are all in this neighborhood. Not to mention CSU football and all the bars and restaurants old town has to offer. It’s a great place to rent"

    "This neighborhood is next to CSU it has great college energy. This just about every kind of restaurant you could want within walking distance. The allies are all well maintained with interesting lighting and hanging potted flowers. There are two grocery stores with a block of my apartment. It has all the energy of a college area but as very little student housing so you don’t have to deal with that kind of drama."
