One Pine Street offers luxury apartments for rent in the heart of San Francisco's historic Financial District. Our building offers award-winning architecture, exceptionally high ceilings, and extremely spacious floor plans providing ample space to live and work remotely. Each unit boasts floor to ceiling French doors throughout that provide both city and water views which open onto private balconies. Each unit has at least 4 to 8 balconies. Every unit has ample storage options with many closets, and you can bask in beams of natural light flooding in throughout the day. At One Pine Street you are just steps away from the gorgeous and world-famous Embarcadero waterfront where you can enjoy iconic views of the bay while you promenade down historic docks and stop by welcoming shops along the Embarcadero. Our building amenities include a health club and 24-hour concierge services. We are a small friendly community where residents know their neighbors and love the building staff!

Units are available in a range of floor plans and sizes, as well as units available with both updated and original finishes.
