"I’ve lived here for 4 years and I love it! I feel safe here and my neighbors are great! The neighborhood is clean I haven’t had a problem with anything/anyone since I’ve moved here. "

"I want so much to see trick or treaters, Christmas lights, and flags flying for the 4th of July. It’s sad. The decline of trust of your neighbor. "

"Great safe neighborhood for families. I feel safe walking around at night. Recommend this place to grow your family."

"Easy to get on 880 and Fremont Blvd. but once you are on the highway, the traffic conditions are similar to any California major highways- congested"

"Northgate Park is a safe area for dog walking. There are a lot of outdoor walking areas and dog parks. "

"We have been living here for last 2 years. It is a very nice and clean neighborhood. There is a walking trail nearby. Park opposite of our neighborhood is very nice. I wish people were little friendlier though. There are two downsides - 1. We don’t feel safe to walk at night. 2. Too much airplane noises in Summer and Fall."

"This neighborhood has good schools, a variety of grocery stores and restaurants. It is also close to Bart and freeways. "

"We have lived here for 29 years. We are comfortable and happy to be here. The homes are modest and generally well kept. We have had consistent neighbors. There is very little change of owners."

"Have lived here for 5+ years. the neighborhood is nice and typical suburban. Can be noisy at times and car break-ins happen every few years but overall it is a nice neighborhood with good families. feels safe enough to leave windows open at night and friendly enough to even talk to neighbors now and then."

"It's close to the bridge and 880 that's why the neighborhood which I currently live and reside in is unique now."

"Been living here for 5 years. Decent neighborhood but certainly not idyllic. Very similar to most other neighborhoods in the Bay Area. You get out of it what you put in but certainly no block parties and neighbors bringing over cookies."

"It is a place where there is a rare home sale and most of us have lived here for over 20 years. All the homes except 1 are single story. We have mature trees. We look out for one another and our pets too."
