    "This are has great school (10/10, elementary school), walking distance to shopping, restaurants, public transport (bus) is convenient, Bart is walking distance, Hospitals are walking distance too. Fremont Hub, the shopping mall is walking distance. It is very clean close to local sports stadium, park with kids area and tennis etc is 3 blocks. Restaurant are within 3-5 blocks. Freeway 880 is 1.5 mile and 680 is 2 mile. Getting to peninsula (Palo Alto) is a breeze as the dumbarton bridge is very convenient too. "
