    " I was born and raised here. The Truth is there is 8 E. 5 N. and five S. and Pacific Highway are easily accessible and close just about less than a mile in any direction. But traffic is horrendous. The freeway entrance might be half a mile away but because of traffic it could take you 30 minutes to get to it. With schools the Navy base And normal commute it is very congested. The streets here just get locked."
