"Not sure I love the restaurants and farmers market. Very walkable. Lots of grocery stores to choose from. "

"This is a relatively urban area compared to the rest of West Seattle. I would not let young children walk around by themselves. There are no real parks that are in walkable distance from Admiral Junction."

"Dog park is far away so there aren’t a lot of great off leash places to go but there are a few parks around that are nice and people clean up after their dogs in the neighbors and along the main roads. "

"There are a lot of festivals and events in the Alaska Junction and tons of shops and restaurants that make it a great place to live! "

"Extremely dog friendly. There’s a lot of walking with great views for the owners! Our dog is always greeted and smiled at when the people in the neighborhood see him."

"Lots of dogs here! No dog park, but great walks. Most are very friendly and leashed. My dog loves to bark at all of her friends walking by."

"We have a very close neighborhood and our kids play with one another often. It’s so nice having friends nearby and we have a pretty epic block party annually. "

"Nice sidewalks around the entire neighborhood for walking. Great restaurants, farmers markets, grocery stores, coffee shops. Easy and short access to downtown by car, bus, or water taxi! Lots of good grocery stores. Gorgeous water, mountain and downtown views. Alki Beach and Lincoln Park! Love the west-side!"

"Figure out your school plan early on. We have fed Seattle schools lots of money, but the schools can still be hit or miss"

"It’s quiet and close to ever store you could need. Everybody says hi to each other when they walk past on the street, and there are som amazing gardeners here that work hard."

"We call our neighborhood the Triangle. Family-friendly, lots of sidewalks, big trees, and in many cases a great view of downtown. Conveniently located to two different shopping and dining areas (The Junction and Admiral). Also convenient to getting in and out of West Seattle to hop onto the bridge. "

"Parks, shopping, busline, walking - it got it all!"
