We are excited to announce the availability of this recently remodeled 2 bedroom apartment. This unit is located on the south side of this triplex and includes a large open floorplan, remodeled kitchen and bath, decorative fireplace, new carpet, fresh paint, and ceiling fans. All utilities are included for an additional $100/month.

All Home Ladder residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $50/month which includes renters insurance, credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, HVAC air filter delivery, move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! More details upon application.

Additional monthly fees: $100/month for utilities, $9 admin, 2.3% monthly rental tax, $35 pet rent/pet.

One-time fees: $49 application fee per adult, $149 pet application per pet, $195 administration, and a security deposit equal to one month's rent.

12-month minimum lease term. Lease must commence within 21 days of application approval. After approval, security deposit must be delivered to our office by 5pm on the next business day. The lease must start Monday-Thursday and not on any federal/state holidays.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
