"Would do better if you have your own transportation, a lot of places to live are not local to many store options"

"Great area for a family, plenty of parks and food choices, friendly people as well. It’s safe and has a small town fell to it."

"It’s a rundown farm town but the people are nice. We are a military family and chose to live on base because housing prices exceed the value of the area. "

"I work about 20 minutes away, it’s not bad drive. The town pick up when college is in session but is pretty quiet during the summer"

"Cars don’t like to slow down. The collage kids like to race there cars down the street and when my baby is born I’m scared there gonna get hit on accident. "

"It sucks, the people are shady, the town refuses to adapt and keep growing, the grocery stores are terrible, the crime rate has gone up because the cops here are so preoccupied arresting 20 year olds for drinking instead of solving the mess of theft, breaking and entering, and car jackings. "

"Festivals, city events, many parks. The community center and their events along with the university of central Missouri. Also, state park or far. "

"There is a nice dog park here in Warrensburg that is pretty popular and well maintained. The only problem is not all of the roads have side walks, so casual walks in neighborhoods can be challenging. "

"Baaaaad traffic lol so many college kids. But otherwise not too bad. I just take back roads and I’m good. Lots of people crossing the street at bad times. Especially at night, in places that have no street lights so it’s almost impossible to see them walking until they’re almost right in front of you. A lot of people around here are bad drivers and it’s annoying. "

"Homecoming parade is a special event as people sit on the sidewalk and enjoy UCM’s band play music. "

"They won’t like that one pitbull that jumps fences and will not move out of the way of a moving vehicle. Owners won’t pick up after their dogs. My dog and I run often, though. "

"Work at the Air Force bade commute is decent. Traffic is ok not usually busy, I have a dog and he walks just fine."

"I’ve lived here nearly 30 years and while the traffic has increased some over the years, I am not aware of any accident that has occurred on this street. You can walk to a gas station/convenience store and to two restaurants if you wanted to do so. Many of us are here after our children have grown up and moved and the number of smaller children is less than some years back. It is a very pleasant and generally safe neighborhood."

"I lived on Anderson for a while, and the neighbors are hit and miss, but they are always willing to help you out. If you live close to the college, expect parties. Sometimes they are mild, but there are times when cops have to get involved. Otherwise, the college is a great resource for the public, and a very friendly community. I now live around Warren St., but I have lived in Warrensburg for 14 years and love it dearly. Would change a thing! There is a lot to get involved with and many events to make it feel like home."

"Close proximity to a university and a military base. the mix of townies, college kids and uniformed officers is a bit different than anywhere else, but it never gets boring."

"I’ve lived here for 6 months. It’s a big military community so there’s a lot of drinking and party’s but everyone is super friendly. Small drug problems here and there and a college in town. "
