There is a stackable washer and dryer available to tenants in the hallway laundry closet.

Heat is provided by thermostat-controlled cadet heaters installed in every room. All windows come with venetian blinds installed. Floors throughout the home are laminate flooring newly installed in 2024. Utilities are billed to the tenant as a flat rate monthly fee.

This home is two blocks west of the Spokane Street and Seltice Way intersection, a major hub in Post Falls. Spokane Street going south takes you to Interstate 90. Seltice Way takes you to the Idaho State Line going west and all the way into Coeur d'Alene going east.
